How the Buyback Process Works

Three straightforward steps to monetize idle software packages legally across the European Economic Area.

01

Submit Licence Inventory

Send us your list of surplus perpetual licences (vendor, product version, quantity, and licence serial numbers or invoice history).

02

Receive Binding Valuation

Our licensing team evaluates current European market demand and presents a formal buyout proposal promptly after document review.

03

Legal Transfer & Payment

We execute the EU transfer contract, verify uninstallation declarations, and disburse direct bank transfer payment to your corporate account upon agreement execution.

Required Verification Documents

To guarantee a lawful transfer under EU Directive 2009/24/EC, seller companies provide standard proof of original acquisition:

  • Proof of Original Acquisition Original vendor invoice or licence key confirmation showing initial purchase within the EU/EEA.
  • Unbroken Chain of Ownership Clear transfer documentation if the software was previously transferred during M&A operations.
  • Declaration of Uninstallation Formal signed affidavit confirming complete removal and uninstallation of all software copies.
